In order to keep up with the rising costs of goods, Kerrigan Restoration will make a slight increase to our shop rate starting January 1st, 2026.

Please keep in mind that our estimates are still good for 60 days. We are extending that time through March 1, 2026 for those still deciding on whether or not to proceed with your project. This applies to estimates completed in 2025 only. The price on your estimate will be honored as long as we get your approval of our estimate AND get your project on our schedule by March 1, 2026 (start date may be after March 1). Projects approved after March 1, 2026 will be adjusted to the new rate. Any estimate completed after January 1, 2026 will use the new rate.

Any projects already approved by the client but delayed by Kerrigan Restoration's backlog of work will not be affected by the rate increase.
